Meet Macy, a wish alum living with a rare genetic disorder. For her and her family, navigating difficult days was a constant challenge. When her wish was granted in 2002 at age 4, it became a turning point and a source of strength. During hospital stays, musicals brought Macy comfort, with her mom often playing soundtracks to lift her spirits. Macy’s love of storytelling inspired her wish for a cheerful yellow playhouse —a sanctuary where her imagination could thrive. Today, Macy has come full circle. As an Associate Publicist for Broadway shows, she has helped grant another child’s wish to see one of the productions she works on. Her journey is a powerful reminder of how wishes create lasting hope and resilience
