I went to Mike when I was looking to buy a house. After a brief conversation of what I was looking for, he sent me some possible properties, one of which met my requirements almost perfectly! My bid was one of three and Mike was able to make my bid look the most appealing and secured the purchase of the house. He directed me to some finance company who was equally as professional and was able to get all of the financing in line in short order. At one point, Mike told me we were so far ahead in the game that there was be a lull of a week or two, during which time he stayed in contact to let me thing were still moving in the right direction. As we got closer to the close of escrow, the expected little hiccups occurred which he was able to resolve quickly and keep the process moving. We closed escrow on target and I was able to pick up my keys as planned. Throughout the entire process, Mike and his staff were courteous and professional and demonstrated their mastery of their trade.
